This Cancellation & Refund Policy sets out the standard charges that apply if you cancel a confirmed booking with Curated Trips. It works alongside our Terms & Conditions, which govern your booking as a whole.
Where your specific itinerary or booking confirmation states a different cancellation schedule — for example, because a hotel, airline, or event-ticket vendor has its own stricter terms — that specific schedule applies instead of the standard tiers below.
To cancel a confirmed booking, write to us at plan@curatedtrips.in or send us a message on WhatsApp/call us at +91 98488 99002. Your cancellation takes effect from the date we confirm receipt of your request in writing — not from the date you first raise it verbally.
Unless a different schedule applies to your booking (see above), the following standard charges apply, calculated on the total package cost and based on how far ahead of your travel date you cancel:
Certain components — including flight tickets, visa fees, event/match tickets, permits, and any other non-refundable third-party booking — may be non-refundable in full from the moment they are booked or paid for, regardless of the tiers above, since these follow the airline's, embassy's, or vendor's own cancellation terms.
Where a refund is due, we process it back to your original payment method within 7 to 30 working days of your cancellation being confirmed — the exact timeline depends on our suppliers and your bank or payment provider. No refund is provided for services that were confirmed and made available to you but not used (see our Terms & Conditions, Section 20).
On rare occasions, we or one of our vendors may need to cancel or materially change a confirmed trip due to circumstances outside our control (see “Force Majeure” in our Terms & Conditions). In that case, we'll offer you a suitable alternative where possible, or a refund of the portion of your payment that we're able to recover from our suppliers — costs already committed and non-recoverable from hotels, airlines, or other vendors cannot be refunded.
Requests to change your travel dates or itinerary after booking are handled case by case, and depend on what our vendors allow. Where a change isn't possible within the existing booking, it may need to be treated as a cancellation (per the charges above) followed by a new booking.
