This Privacy Policy explains how Curated Trips (a brand operated by Legacy Ventures LLP — “Curated Trips”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit curatedtrips.in, contact us, or book a trip with us.

Contact details — name, email address, phone number/WhatsApp number.
Travel details — destinations of interest, preferred dates, group size, and any preferences you share with us.
Booking details — traveller names, ages, and identity/passport information where required to confirm a trip.
Payment-related information — where a payment is made online, this is collected and processed directly by our payment partner, Razorpay (see Section 6). We do not receive or store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.
Anything else you choose to share with us — for example, in a message on WhatsApp, our contact form, or a phone call.

Information collected automatically:

2. How We Use Your Information

To respond to your enquiry and put together a trip proposal.
To confirm, manage, and deliver a booking, and to communicate with you about it (confirmations, itinerary updates, and similar service messages).
To process payments, through Razorpay, where you choose to pay online.
With your consent, to send you offers, updates, or newsletters — you can opt out of these at any time.
To understand how the Website is used and to improve it.
To run and measure the performance of our advertising, including on Google and Meta platforms.
To meet our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

3. Cookies & Advertising Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies — including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel/Conversions API — to understand how visitors use this Website and to show relevant advertising on Google, Facebook, and Instagram. These tools may collect information about your visits to this and other websites and share it with Google or Meta, who may combine it with other information they hold about you, in accordance with their own privacy policies. 4. How We Share Your Information

With hotels, airlines, local operators, and other travel vendors — strictly as needed to arrange and deliver your booking.
With Razorpay, to process any online payment you make to us.
With Google and Meta, for website analytics and advertising, as described above.
With professional advisors or authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Payment Security

Where you make a payment to us online, that payment is processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited (“Razorpay”), a payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India and compliant with the PCI-DSS security standard. Your card, UPI, or net-banking details are entered directly into Razorpay's secure systems — we do not receive or store your full payment credentials on our own servers.

6. Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, and as required by applicable tax, accounting, and legal obligations. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent to marketing communications, at any time. To exercise any of these, write to us at plan@curatedtrips.in. Every marketing message we send also includes a simple way to opt out.

8. Children's Privacy

This Website and our services are not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, individuals under the age of 18.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information we hold. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we can't guarantee its absolute security.

10. International Data Transfers
